Steal A Tree Trees: Confirmed Tree List and Rarities
The Steal A Tree trees reported so far: Apple, Strawberry, Plum, and Pear with their rarities, plus how saplings become trees, how rarity is revealed, and how trees drive your juice income.
Four trees are reported in current coverage of Steal A Tree: the Apple Tree and Strawberry Tree (both Common), the Plum Tree (Epic), and the Pear Tree (Legendary). The full roster isn't locked down yet, so treat this as the confirmed core rather than a complete list — new trees may exist or arrive with updates, and it's worth rechecking after each content patch.

How saplings become trees
You don't choose what a sapling becomes. It grows into whatever tree it was going to be, and rarity is revealed on the way up. Saplings come in named varieties — Plains Sapling and Flowerfield Sapling both turn up as quest and playtime rewards — and the resulting trees span every rarity band.
Your first matured tree is usually a common Apple Tree: plant a stolen sapling in an empty farm slot, it matures on its own timer into a full tree, and grown trees shed fruit automatically into the fruit juice vat. The vat converts fruit into juice that NPC customers buy for cash.
Getting saplings for your collection
Trees enter your collection by carrying saplings home: leave your safe zone, pick up a sapling in the active zone, run it back to your plot, equip it from your hotbar, and plant it in an empty farm slot. The game is also generous with free saplings through quests and playtime rewards — quest chains include Plains Sapling Hunter and Flowerfield Sapling Hunter, which track saplings stolen by type.
The number of trees you have planted drives your entire income stream, since each mature tree feeds the juice vat that customers buy from. More trees planted means more fruit flowing into juice and more cash from NPC buyers.
